Just announced: Blunderbuss, Jack White’s first solo album, will be released April 24th by way of his own record label, Third Man Records. “Blunderbuss is an album I couldn’t have released until now,” says White. “’ve put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name. fuckyeahtattoos: Lily for my Great-Grandad. The night before his passing I had a dream that I went to get a tattoo done and when I was shown what was inked into me it wasn’t what I asked for and instead there in its place was an orange lily. My great-granddad grew these in his garden and when I awoke from my dream I got a call from my mum that he had passed that morning. I knew there and then that I was going to get this inked as a tribute to him. Done @ Ruby-Lou’s Tattoo Parlour by Sadee, UK I have this same flower, on my foot, I honor of my dad & his garden :)
